Return policy

1. We guarantee that:
- The product will be delivered intact and in the correct quantity ordered; and
- The product will be properly instructed on how to use the latest product from the manufacturer as stated on our website or stated on the product at the time of your order.
2. You are responsible for using the product according to the instructions for use.
3. We do our best to deliver the product in the best condition. Upon receipt, the customer must check the quantity and quality of the ordered goods. If there are any problems such as shortages or damage, the customer must notify me immediately to find out the cause and handle it promptly
4. To help you feel secure in handling the defective product, we will need to be reasonable with you and ask you to provide some information about the product, including:

We reserve the right to decide not to repair, replace or refund such products and/or we will require you to pay shipping and handling charges based on my current standard cost and we will charge the credit or debit card or any payment information you provide to us when placing your order. And to the extent permitted by law, we will not be responsible for any failure, debts, costs, damages or any other charges.
